The Green Economics of the Carbon Tax

World governments mean to impose on local and foreign goods taxes in order to punish them for high emission of so-called greenhouse gasses. These taxes fail to take into consideration the possibility that their ecological theories are wrong, but more importantly they do not guarantee a decrease in the production of these greenhouse gasses.
